Cookie policy

1. Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to work. Without them you cannot log in, take exams, or save your progress.

• Session and authentication (Supabase Auth)
• Security and fraud prevention
• Language and region preferences

These cannot be disabled.

2. Analytics cookies

Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how people use DutchExam: which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where users drop off. Google Signals and Google's advertising features are switched off. Separately, Vercel Analytics counts page views without setting any cookies.

You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the cookie banner, and change or withdraw your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing stops analytics straight away and deletes the Google Analytics cookies.

3. Payment cookies

When you purchase a Pro plan, Mollie (our payment processor) sets temporary cookies to complete the transaction securely. These are session-only and deleted after payment.

4. How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent login and core features from working.
